How easy is it to find cream cheese in Korea?
bundangbear (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I JUST MADE IT!!! It is great! Here in Korea, of course, the hardest thing to find I thought would be the quality Parmesan, but real Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), cheese from Parma I found at Samsung Plaza Grocery in Bundang. (Oh, I hate to do any plugs for business, but that market is great! It has everything from Durian to PDO Brie, Camembert, Japanese "Vermont" curry, Mexican sausage, even Ben n Jerry's!)
