You're going to need a lot more than 5 meals per day if you want somebody to double their kg body weight in protein grams. Somebody who weighs 79 kg (pretty average sized person, some might even call that small), would be eating about 31 g of protein per meal which is not easy to do unless you're eating half a chicken five times a day. At 2 g per kg of body weight, you'd expect a body builder to be eating more like 8-9 times a day. 1-1.5 g per kg is a more realistic target for a beginner.

Oh i forgot, i am talking about eating proteins and doing sport. You need to run a lot to get a bigger heart rate
soyouz (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Ok the muscle gets bigger but not the heart, still the heart is a pump for blood. The bigger muscle is, the more blood you need but you heart/pump size remains the same. So it works on higher rate. It is like the motor engin, you have 90 PS engin but you run it at 5000 rpm, one day it will simply break
MrUniverse21 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
People who are looking to get bigger simply need to eat more protein. the more protein you eat the more protein the body will lay donw in the muscles. For body building you should be looking at about 2g per kilogram of bodyweight of protein a day. which will mean eating small preportions of high protein foods 4-5times a day. Making sure that you dont exceed over 35g of protein at one sitting otherwise itll turn to fat or exerted out as urine.
