You mean tortoises. Turtles spend 80% of their lives in water, the other 20% is either basking or to lay eggs. They are slow on land but very fast in the water.Tortoises, like the one in this video can be slow depending on their size. Tortoises such as the sulcata or african giant are obviously slow due to their large size/weight.You probably won't see a tortoise much faster than this one in the video, that's about as fast as they get :]

Beautiful cat, violent turtle....another thing, turtles are supposed to be the slowest animals in the kingdom, but that one is a break beyond the rest in a bad way.
