he put too much rice. youre only suppose to put enough so u could see the seaweed paper. and he forgot to mention, you put the rice on the rough side of the seaweed paper and by the way SUSHI CHEFS MAKES A LOT OF MONEY. IVE WORKED FOR SOME AND THEY ALL DRIVE NICE CARS. THEY COULD TAKE HOME $200+ IN TIPS DEPENDING ON THE NIGHT PLUS THEY COULD SOCIALIZE WITH THE CUSTOMERS IF THEY WORK IN A BAR AND EVEN DRINK SAKE WITH THEM. ITS FUN, GOOD MONEY, MAYBE STRESSFUL AT TIMES AND CREATIVE.
